1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the ctk444 online gaming platform, accessible at ctk444.com (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ctk444 and is directed exclusively at the Bangladesh market. By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

ctk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ctk444 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The most current version is always available on this page, marked with the date it was last updated.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translated or paraphrased summary, the English text shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to hold a ctk444 account and participate in real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You do not currently hold any other active ctk444 account (duplicate accounts are prohibited).
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ctk444 or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of ctk444 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.
• Your participation is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable to you in your current jurisdiction.

ctk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable identity documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on ctk444, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered to your name in Bangladesh.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ctk444 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting clear copies of an accepted identity document (NID, passport, or driving licence) and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months. ctk444 may request additional documentation at any time where required by our compliance procedures.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ctk444 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party. ctk444 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ctk444 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. ctk444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one ctk444 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

3.4 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and at any point thereafter must be truthful and accurate. ctk444 reserves the right to void any winnings and close any account where false, misleading, or unverifiable information has been provided. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your ctk444 account within five (5) minutes of successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the ctk444 deposit page and may vary by payment method. ctk444 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

ctk444 only accepts deposits funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. You must not deposit using a payment account belonging to another person, and you must not allow another person to use your ctk444 account. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered to the verified account holder may be reversed and the deposit returned to the source account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts, subject to completion of our internal security checks. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method and account that was used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative arrangement has been specifically approved by our payments team. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on the ctk444 withdrawal page and are subject to change.

ctk444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of any bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled. In such cases, the ctk444 support team will contact you at your registered email address to explain the reason for the delay and the steps required to resolve it.

4.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ctk444 will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. Where an account remains inactive for an extended period and the registered player cannot be contacted, ctk444 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee not exceeding ৳200 per calendar month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ctk444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, Loyalty Program rewards, and Piggy Gold incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant offer page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the offer page, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the total of (bonus amount × wagering multiplier) before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the offer page at the time of claiming. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each qualifying wager. Live casino table games (including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, and Live Blackjack) contribute at a reduced rate, which is specified on each offer page. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. ctk444 reserves the right to update game contribution rates at any time; current rates are always displayed on the promotion terms page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ctk444 monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors or loopholes to obtain bonuses not intended for you; coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing bets that constitute low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay. Any player found to be abusing bonus terms may have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.

5.4 Loyalty Program & Piggy Gold

The ctk444 Loyalty Program rewards regular players with points earned on qualifying wagers. Points may be redeemed for bonus credits in accordance with the Loyalty Program terms available at /loyalty-program. The Piggy Gold feature operates under its own set of terms, detailed at /piggy-gold. ctk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program and Piggy Gold feature at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ctk444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, in addition to the general terms set out here. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

ctk444 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a range of sports markets, with particular focus on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, the decision of ctk444's trading team is final, subject to the review process described in section 6.3 below.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on ctk444 — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers — are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and cannot be influenced by ctk444, the game provider, or any player. 6.3 Disputed Bets

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of settlement by contacting [email protected] with your account details, bet reference, and a clear explanation of the grounds for your dispute. ctk444 will review all disputes in good faith and respond within five (5) business days. All decisions made by ctk444 following a dispute review are final.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, ctk444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. ctk444 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, or third-party server downtime.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using ctk444, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ctk444 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the ctk444 platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ctk444 systems, databases, or other player accounts.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ctk444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported immediately and will be voided if not reported.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions placed by ctk444.

ctk444 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaging in any of the above prohibited activities, and to void any winnings associated with such conduct. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, ctk444 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ctk444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Any bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from ctk444 for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has elapsed. 8.3 Closure by ctk444

ctk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; failure to comply with a lawful request from ctk444 or a relevant authority; or where maintaining the account would expose ctk444 to legal or regulatory risk.

Where an account is closed by ctk444 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after deducting bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Where closure results from suspected criminal activity, funds may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ctk444 operates with a commitment to fair play and transparent dispute resolution. In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to [email protected]. ctk444 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. 8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctk444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity. ctk444's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ctk444's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
